Team Breakdown

Our teams

Mechanical

The Mechanical Team is responsible for the full design cycle of our competition robots and high-durability subsystems. Our members specialize in 3D modeling using SolidWorks, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and high-precision manufacturing. We ensure our platforms are engineered to survive high-impact environments while maintaining peak performance.

Hardware

The Hardware Team utilizes Altium Designer to create custom power distribution boards and high-reliability circuitry. We build the electrical backbone for our systems, focusing on low-latency communication and efficient energy management to keep our robots running in demanding scenarios.

controls

The Control Team develops the embedded real-time systems that drive our robots. Using STM32 microcontrollers, we handle the gathering and processing of data from multiple sensors to design responsive and stable control algorithms for complex robotic movement.

software

The Software Team develops the intelligence behind our robots. We focus on computer vision and advanced sensing to create proprietary auto-aiming and auto-tracking systems. Our work turns raw data into real-time decisions, giving our team a distinct edge on the field.

operations

The Operations Team manages the AARC brand, oversees technical logistics, and builds strategic relationships with our partners. We act as the bridge between the lab and the professional world, ensuring our members have the networking and resources they need to transition into top-tier engineering careers.
